Your eyes will still age after the procedure; it is a natural and inevitable process.	Be prepared to be home-bound, meaning to stay away from work and limit activities after surgery (try to refrain from raising your blood pressure) for days while your eyelids are healing.
There will be pain involved, mostly during the healing process so be mentally prepared to avoid shock and stress.	Scars may still be visible during the healing process, however you can still head outdoors without feeling self-conscious by wearing make-up.
