also the circle lenses really make her eyes look bigger  i dont think she got aegyo sal surgery tho because it seems tha she had it before. but in the blonde hair picture she does have a septum deviation (i think, it looks a little crooked to me)! its hard to tell cuz shes not smiling with teeth in other pics

wow.......i think she looks a lot better with circle lens  but i def want double eyelid surgery if it can make my eyes look that much bigger 

does anyone think she may have gotten lateral canthoplasty???

Hi @Mitchie ! 'Circle lenses' are basically just coloured contact lenses. They tend to have a larger diameter than your iris (i.e. the lenses cover the coloured part of your eye and a little bit of the white part), so they actually make your eyes look larger in addition to making them look like a different colour. Lots of Koreans like to get brown-coloured lenses so it's more of a 'natural' look, but I think all colours are popular :)

It basically just comes back to one of the most basic ideas of beauty in Korea: large, doll-like eyes. (Forgive me if I'm mistaken in saying this! I'm not claiming to be Korean. This is just what I've observed)

P.S. They're popular around the world too! My sister (Caucasian) was wearing dark purple ones for a while haha :D

OMG I was watching old superstar k auditions and i saw her, which made me remember this post thread!!!! that was waay before she became a kpop star also. if anyone wants to watch!! she's at 43 mins. her eyes and nose look very diff than they are now.... plus she was very tanned back then, so she must have gotten whitening treatment or hid from the sun more lols
