I really wonder how come some bands like SNSD became paler after debut. I don't think thats makeup or lighting. I mean even normal individuals who underwent surgery look paler and have more polished skin. Is there a procedure for it??

Yep! You can get procedures to whiten you skin. You can even get whole body treatments. They use chemical peels, laser and dermabrasion.

You can also do that in the US, it is a serie of treatment (5-8) Its called photofacial treatment I think. 

It's expensive but you have really good result. :) 

but yeah you need to use sunsreen on your whole body everytime. :)
