Yoona is regarded as the prettiest one in SNSD by many people.I love her look in Love Rain. When I look at her old photos, it definitely feel like she has done something to her face. But she doesn't have that kind of dramatic change like Jessica https://www.seoultouchup.com/forum/korean-celebrities-plastic-surgery/girls-generation-jessica/

When I compare the old photos and current photos, I think one thing is very clear - she has a differnt nose. No doubt that she had nose job. Also, is it just me or her jawline looks a bit different too? I'm not sure about that.

This picture looks like she's got an implant at her forehead.

Anyway, I don't think she's done a lot to her face (comparing with other Korean celebrities). But she really looks very beautiful now.

Her eyes look a bit different to me too. I don't know if it's makeup or eye surgery.

I love Yoona! And I agree, it does look like she's had a nose job: the bridge is taller and there's more of a 'point' at the end. Her face is so small; maybe she had v-line surgery too? Not overly dramatic procedures, like you said - just enough for a gorgeous, natural-looking result. Let's hope we can be so lucky!

i think her nose bridge is taller but I would have never noticed if you guys hadn't pointed it out :O

Yoona is very pretty after the surgery! I think she's the second prettiest in SNSD. I love Seohyun the best :)
That forehead implant looks kinda scary though..
