I just went to their website and I think I saw his name there, although I couldn't find a page for staff profiles . . . You might be able to call or email them and ask, although I don't know how well they will be able to respond to an inquiry in English.
Edit: Additionally, I saw some less-than-awesome reviews of Dream Surgery online while I was trying to find an answer for you, so please be aware of that if you are thinking of choosing them. Good luck :)
