Hi Mitchie,
I have done researches about 365 MC before and it is no doubt sitting leisurely on my current top 5 clinics list that I would like to schedule a consultation with in the near future. Not because it was in one of my favorite Korean dramas, Birth of a Beauty ;p but due to it's being a specially and specifically obesity focused clinic that is popular to the locals.
Here are what I know about 365 MC:
1) There are two centers. The liposuction building and the bariatric building. Both of them are located next to each other. The liposuction building is bigger compared to the bariatric building as it has 13 whopping stories. (Yep yep, those stair climbings oughtta burn some fat~ jk)
2) The weight loss/ liposuction center is well equipped with fat evaluation technologies, ultrasound, and 3D scans. Some treatments were mentioned by a client: laser lipolysis, LAMS, and liposuction.
3) They have more than 12 specialized doctors, but you don't always get to choose one. The quote/price is reasonable.
4) English speaking translators are also provided. However, if I were to go by any of the TouchUp packages, I'd use my Seoul TouchUp translator. Sometimes, you are required to pay extra fees for a translator. Personally, I'd like to avoid that.
The procedures, as described by a client:
1) Monday - blood tests and check ups.
2) Tuesday - final consultation with the assigned doctor. Doctor draws on patient's body and explains how he/she will shape the body parts. Patient is put to sleep and transferred straight to the operation room. Patient wakes up and recovers. The first night is described as painful, but bearable. Body parts that were operated on are bruised. Patient is given pain-killers, but only a limited amount as there might be risk of overdose.
3) TIP: If in case, you wake up during surgery... I'm not trying to scare you, but just in case you start seeing the lights on the ceiling, say "Machwi juseyo." (meaning: "Please give me sedation.")
4) Wednesday - check up, clean wounds, and patient is taught how to massage the body parts.
5) Thursday to Sunday - patient goes to the gym (inside the clinic) to exercise, but nothing too heavy that could strain his/her muscles. Absolutely no weight liftings... duh :3
6) Monday (2nd week) - final examination and sutures removed.
7) Wednesday (2nd week) - patient leaves Korea.
8) After 2 weeks, the bruises are gone and body parts gradually slim down throughout the span of the next 6 months.
9) TIP: Use baby oil religiously to massage the bruised parts every day. Arnica cream and Arnica pills are highly recommended. Take Vitamins B and C, as well as hanuka honey with lemon water every day. Avoid Vitamin E as it could thin blood.
10) TIP: Change your diet and play sports or do yoga and pilates to maintain your body. You can come back to 365 MC after 6 months for check up.
That's all I know from 365 MC. Maybe more... but I typed too much, and now my fingers hurt lol.

has anyone take any supplement to loss the weight after the obesity surgery
More often, you would gain back the weight even after your obesity surgery if you don't maintain your body as if you're one of those Victoria's Secret angels. I never had any invasive obesity surgery before, only non invasive lipo sessions that shrink the inches on my body. But I did take a hefty amount of diet pills and slimming supplements for nearly a decade despite them hoes never worked. I tried carb-blocker pills, herbal pills, fat-dissolving pills, pills that give you diarrhea, pills that make you puke after eating, pills that give you migraine that causes you to faint in front of your high school crush, pills that make you fall asleep right before the math exam, to diet shakes, Sensa powdered shakes that supposedly to give you a sensation of being full, herbal Chinese tea that keeps you awake at night and busy at work just to have you spend 45 minutes x 10 times in the bathroom everyday, diet water that Jeon Ji Hyun advertises yet after drinking 80 bottles you still don't see shiet. And more. Never worked, never will. My one and only advice to you is: Whatever you do, don't waste time and money on diet supplements.
