I've experienced the same thing! Not just Wonjin, I don't know why those clinics didn't reply to me when I emailed them...

So, I was perusing the website again yesterday, when a chat option opened up in the bottom-right corner... I actually got somewhere with that. I finally got an email reply... too afraid to open it yet...
