apparently THE LINE clinic also offers this procedure or something similar (minimal pain, same-day discharge), so I wonder if it's more common than I thought (and maybe Laprin is just lying about offering it exclusively lol). Out of all the surgeries I'm considering I'm most worried about the recovery from breast augmentation so I'd really love to find a place that minimizes pain and recovery time.

I also wonder if this procedure can be used for under-the-muscle implants ...

I'm sure "no-pain" is just a good way to say it for advertising. But it does claim to minimize or elimimate pain from the actual surgery so it's more discomfort and soreness from the implants.

Basically the idea is, when doing breast augmentation they have to cut a "pocket" into the breast tissue (or under the muscle) that they can put the implant into. According to Laprin's website, they use a tool that stops bleeding even while it is cutting and is also not as harsh as the "normal" laser excision technique which can burn surrounding tissue. The theory being that without as much bleeding/trauma to the flesh, there is less swelling and bruising, and therefore less pain. They also claim to have a special technique to minimize trauma during the implant insertion.

In the review I saw, the girl was able to get up, walk around, and be discharged the day of her surgery, which is a lot better than some people say they are able to do, but since I believe the review was sponsored I'm not going to take it at face value. I'm skeptical of anything that claims to be significantly easier or better than the competition, which, again, is why I'm asking here instead of just believing it. BUT, if it is true, I'd be very interested in checking it out.
