I've seen several people mention Shimmian as a good rhinoplasty clinic

@dnice when you went to Korea, were the doctors helpful in figuring out what changes would give you the desired outcome while being in harmony with the rest of your features? Also, were they able to show you "after" photos using a computer? idk what program they use, but were you able to see what it would look like beforehand?

Hi @Isis King , during my consultation, the doctor advised me on what not to do in order to get a more natural effect and what procedures would be better for my needs. For example, I was concerned about the nasolabial folds I have, and opted for fat transfer; however, the doctor advised me that fat is unpredictable because your body metabolises it, and it has the possibility of clumping up and looking unnatural. Similarly, in regards to my nose bridge augmentation, he advised me on what was too high/unnatural for my face and what height created harmony with my other features from a side profile. I think it depends on the clinic though, because some opt for my more natural appearances whereas others prefer more dramatic changes.

Did you end up getting a fat transfer for your nasolabial folds, and how did it work out? That is something I am considering but like your doctor said, I've heard that it can look unnatural (especially for nasolabial folds, since it can move to either side of them and make them look deeper than before) and I'm also worried about it being absorbed.
