Thanks for your message! Yes! you are correct that we can help you find the most ideal doctor in Korea. Or, you can also choose your own surgeon and we can help arrange your trip.
Our job here is to make our customers' lives easier and minimize medical mishaps. This is why we spend enough time with our customers after they sign up with our TouchUp packages. During the process, we are confident that we will be able to provide solutions for your concerns with our unbiased suggestions.
Having said this, "What if something bad happens" applies to any situation whether you go to clinic alone or not. However, if something bad happens while with us, we promise that we will be there to assist you. This is maybe one of the reasons why we have many returning customers. :)
Thank you! and we hope to see you soon in Korea.

@Mitchie no, I think they should be impartial. But that involves referencing of both success stories AND situations in which there have been regrettable incidences, so I do think that it would be helpful to know (for example) if a clinic is popular, but has limited experience performing a certain type of surgery

Thank you, @Seoul TouchUp ! Does this mean that you will advise customers against certain clinics if they have an experience of poor results/bad service?I am also curious to see the answer
I guess they will. Think about it, if the surgeon has bad reviews, there's greater chance that the customer's not gonna happy with the result. Seoul TOuchUp promised that they would offer "solutions with unbiased suggestions " Why would they risk sending their customers to a bad surgeon?

True. A good company wouldn't risk it.

This is a very enlightening thread! You are absolutely right! Every case is individually unique so we will have to advise against unreliable clinics or overhyped doctors. It is also important to note that we have helped and talked to hundreds of people for the past years. Certainly, we wouldn't want to jeopardize our reputation with poor suggestions.
We understand that coming to Korea for plastic surgery is certainly a tough decision to make. We will use our experience and expertise to professionally guide one of the most important trips in your life.
Thank you :) and hope to see you soon in Korea.

When I was planning for my trip with Seoul TouchUp, I knew the procedures I wanted to get done, but researching for it was quite daunting. I actually had a few clinics in mind, but my coordinator helped me choose one that was best for my choice in procedures (since it's more convenient to go to one clinic rather than several, of course) as well as my schedule! She made sure to justify why a certain clinic was better than another for my particular case, which ultimately helped me narrow down my options more easily.

Thank god for this thread! I figured SeoulTouchUp wouldn't deliberately recommend anywhere that would lower their customer satisfaction ratings, but this is very reassuring
They were actually really honest about the clinics I was curious about! (i.e. told me which were busier/were more favoured among locals vs. tourists/etc). It was nice because you read reviews online about people saying certain clinics are better or worse for certain surgeries, but sometimes they don't elaborate on it. I didn't have that issue with Seoul TouchUp though. My coordinator made sure to explain everything fully for me. :p Can't believe it's almost been a year since I was in SKorea.

@dnice thank you so much for this information! I'm very worried about choosing a clinic to be honest, even though I'm far away from being able to get my surgeries it's still something that I think about a lot, lol.
If I may ask, how did you end up choosing the clinic you went to? Was there a particular reason you went with that clinic instead of a different one?

Given the procedures I wanted and my schedule, I asked Seoul TouchUp for their advice on the best/most experienced places to get them done. (I've read that certain clinics are better than others for various procedures, but I wasn't planning on going to several clinics to get different procedures done.) They advised me on 3 clinics, which I then narrowed down to two: THE plastic and ID. However, my coordinator gave me the pros/cons of each. With ID, they were more catered to international clientele and have greater experience with non-locals, but I would not be able to get a consult the same day that I arrived (my flight was also delayed lol) and they were less intimate with their patients/more rushed..? With THE plastic, the clinic is more popular/ranked highly amongst locals and I would be able to get a evening time consult, but they didn't have as many international clients (if you look at their website, they don't have a well-developed English site) and there were little reviews from non-Koreans. I ultimately choose THE plastic because my coordinator's recommendations, and I definitely do not regret it. They were very personable and professional, and overall, they did a good job. I wanted a more natural/subtle effect, and in fact, most people notice a difference but can't really figure it out because of how natural it looks. (I think I rambled a little, hahaha, but I hope this answers your question, @Isis King )

That does answer my question, thank you! I'm glad to hear they were able to explain the pros and cons of each clinic. It's such a scary decision when the person you choose is going to be changing your body.
