I think you should link seoultouchup to help you with this question. I think it is unlikely for you to get a monthly pay from clinics since you don't live in Korea but all the same, ask seoultouchup.

I agree with Mitchie: very few clinics, if any, would offer international monthly payment plans because it's harder to keep the person accountable for payments. However, on the very rare chance that they do, it would very much limit your options for clinics as well.
