BK clinic, even though some people have had bad experiences leh.. but I think it is more a question of WHICH SURGEON?
Grand Plastic Surgery
And JW Plastic Surgery in my opinion. I have not done plastic surgery yet, but will be in July. These 3 clinics are what my friends recommend me. They also have video on youtube which I like.

@Maja There are more than 4000 plastic surgeons in Seoul, and 650 plastic surgery clinics in Seoul Metropolitan area alone. It would be very hard to choose "Top 3". All those clinics mentioned above are good clinics, but results "are" different depending on the surgeon' technique, experience, philosophy and personality. And it all depends on what kind of surgery you need.
