Hi there, I'm wanting to do rhinoplasty... specifically, nostril reduction? I've heard that Wonjin, BK and Regen are good clinics but which is the best if I want to do a nose job? Also I am from Singapore la ...do you guys have special offer for Singaporeans?
When i mean which is best, i mean not only their results but SERVICE! Service is so very important but not many people seem to realize until afterwards! I was seeing another forum, the purseblog forum: .....65698.html
This one girl said, "I got my surgery done in Taiwan and you dont see the doctor until the last second DURING THE OPERATION day" - is this true? Has anyone done their surgery and you never got to see your doctor until during the operation?"
and another guy said the opposite, that he was treated like a king la. Which clinic's service is the absolute BEST you guys?

Hi Wonjin,
I have been contemplating on doing a nose job for a long time. Redo the job which was done many years ago. Heard that in Korean, they actually take a part of the cartilage from the ear to insert at the tip of the nostril to give it a natural look. When are you planning to get it done? If so, please let me know if you have found out the most reliable & good doctor that is able to do this operation perfectly at the same time looking natural as possible. Would love to hear from you & who knows , we might plan a trip together?

We also want to know people's opinion about these big major clinics.
@wei wei feng you are correct that most Korean plastic surgeons use ear cartilage for your nasal tip. There are about 3000-4000 plastic surgeons in Seoul. "which one's best" is the wrong question - "which one really understand what I want/need" is the best question you want to ask yourself. :)

It´s hard to say which clinic is the best, since everyone has a different opinion about "perfection".
@Roseen G: Do you want a "drastic" change or a very subtle change, so that it´s nearly unnoticeable? Indeed the 3 clinics you mentioned are very famous, although I have heard some bad reviews about BK....
If you´re searching for a specialist for rhinoplasty, I would recommend you Dr. Suh Man Koo of JW clinic, he only performs rhinoplasty. Dr. Kim Jae Hoon of April31 is also considered as one of the best surgeons out there, and Dr. Park Yang Soo of Dream Plastic Surgery is also famous.
Considering the service, it´s hard to say, I think it depends on, how long you´re going to stay in Korea ^^

@TK :) We agree with your opinions. It really depends on "drastic change" vs. "natural change". Dr.Suh, Dr.Kim, Dr.Park are indeed one of the top plastic surgeons in South Korea. But again, there are really numerous rhinoplasty specialists in South Korea. You might only know "internationally popular ones" because those clinics have English websites and a English marketing team. Good clinics where Korean locals go don't even focus on international marketing as they already have enough customers in Korea alone. (of course, it doesn't mean internationally popular ones are "bad" clinics : just informing you that there are many other surgeons)
It really depends on personal choices, and prices also will be very similar to each other but results "are" different depending on their experience, design style, personality and philosophy.

Thank you SeoulTouchUp for supporting my opinions. ^^ Indeed we international customers don´t know much about the "hidden" talents in Seoul, since we can´t speak Korean.
Btw, can you give me some more information about Dr. Choi from Euroclinic? His site is only in Korean, no Chinese and English and therefore I can´t understand much XD
The only thing that I know is that he´s very famous and popular now in Seoul and he was a former head surgeon at Dream Plastic Surgery. ^^
Thank you very much in advance!

@SeoulTouchUp: Thank you very much for your reply and the link of the promotional video you provided! Do you have a way to contact Dr. Choi? So he´s a specialist for nose and eyes right? Does he also perform closed incision?
It´s good to know that your previous customers are happy with their results. ^^
Thank you very much in advance.

@TK Hi, I want to do a slight change on my nose's bulbous tip. But even though it is a small change, i've heard bad reviews online too. Yeah, bad reviews about BK - ditto that. Ahhhh, I will be staying ~2 weeks? Have you went to these surgeons before for surgery?

Hi @Roseen G G: Nice to meet you! Of course even the slightest surgery can turn out bad....(which hopefully won´t happen!)
Ah I see, so the "normal time" for a rhinoplasty. ^^ I have to disappoint you and say I haven´t done any works so far. :(
So you´re only considering tip plasty right?

So if I am looking for natural change, which doctors/clinics would you recommend? I have met Dr Kim from BK hospital. He was very friendly but is he known for making "natural changes"?

@Roseen G:
Hello I have also been to BK and have met Dr. Kim. From what I know, BK Plastic Surgery is well known for making the surgery look very natural. I've been looking into having my nose done and had a consultation there a few weeks ago. A lot of my friends recommended BK so I'll probably go with Dr. Kim.

Yes, I read Seoul TouchUp testimonials, @Roseen G i think it is best to just contact Seoul TouchUp through their contact-us form too! With these kinds of questions i.e. which clinic is the best etc etc is best to just ask them. I told them which surgery I am going for, and then sent my photos too.

anyone heard of Dr Baek mu Heon from 101 plastic surgery
He is the worst. I went to him for revision and my nose was actually sort of all right before and suited my face but u wanted it fixed to take out the silicone and because the tip had gotten a bit small and short. He creates a fat long disgusting thing and then got annoyed at me when I expressed my disappointment. He also stopped emailing me any responses to my questions. Stay away from this expensive doctor who has no eye for aesthetic.
