I am from NY and want to go go Korea for the first time for plastic surgery in July 2014. Would Anyone like go travel or lodge together as I don't know any Korean and is traveling by myself and would love company to make me feel more comfortable and at ease

@katy vu hi there, i think some of seoul touchup's packages have translators? so u don't really need to worry about not speaking korean :) I will be going in Nov 2014.

Hello :],
You do not need to worry about not speaking Korean since some of the packages do include a translator (like ben ho mentioned) but the Lite plan does not. Seoul TouchUp said this on one of my posts here: .....ian-woman/. You can see for yourself ^^.

Apologies for the confusion. We have updated your previous thread :)

- Lite Plan (Basic Plan) includes a medical translator and he/she will be translating for you every time you visit clinic.
- Compact Plan (Premium Plan) on the other hand includes a medical translator (medical tourism coordinator) for surgeries AND a translator for shopping and tour.
- Lite Plan (Basic Plan) includes only breakfast with 4 star hotel.
- Compact Plan (Premium Plan) includes all meals with 5 star hotel.
- Lite Plan (Basic Plan) includes all the necessary transport (airport pickup, dropoff, all clinic visits)
- Compact Plan (Premium Plan) includes a private driver and a car ready for you during your trip.

@alex rou Fong: Yes! it would be much delightful to have company and who is on the same boat as I am. I am 23 and female also. I am planning on June 23, 2014 as the procedure date and may stay a week or so. When are you planning on going? Are you flexible with your time and schedule? I recently filled out an application with seoul touchup and is still awaiting their response. Maybe we can share a room and split the costs on hotel also. Have you ever been to Korea or speak some Korean?

Thats great! @ katy vu. I was planning to go earlier than June.. BUT.. i may have some job interviews soon which may mean i can postpone and arrange for June! lets stay in touch here! :) i speak a little conversational korean.. but i mean very little.. just some generic phrases

@ CelineW - i havent organised anything yet but i do plan to visit some centers and have some consultations and then make a better informed decision after that. What kind of surgery are u researching??

Very good idea. You are probably not too far from Seoul thus a quick 3-days trip which is very nice. Can you please share some information with us afterwards? I am interested in eyelid fat removal, body contouring but a bit scared.

I will be visiting Korea maybe in the month of June 2014 anyone else who would want to lodge together.It would be me and my cousin visiting Korea for the first time it would be good to have someone else too who would be comin to Korea for the same purpose. lemme know if anyone would be visiting in that month for any surgery .

Hey! I am thinking of going to Korea in July to get eyelid surgery! I would have nobody to accompany me, so it would be nice to have a traveling companion. Unfortunately though, I live in Ontario, Canada. We could perhaps lodge together!

Hello guys!!
I will be travelling to Korea this beginning of July (2014) for the same purpose!!! Probably staying longer until end of August because I want to tour the place as well! I heard that after the procedure it will be a lot of pain so having someone else there really really helps, anyone wants to go together???

Hi Katy!!!
I am also going to Korea in July 2014!! I will be staying until end of August for it to heal and touring the place as well! I heard that it really helps to have another person there after surgery cause it will be painful. I am from Vancouver, message me or something!! =)
