There are a set of preparations to be taken before the surgery. The main thing is quitting smoking and alcohol. Then try to make your weight close to ideal one. If you are taking it after pregnancy, then try to achieve pre-pregnancy weight. My surgery went well. The recovery was a bit hard since the implants were placed under the muscle. But after two weeks I felt better.
