I had it a year back. As suggested by my plastic surgeon Dr. Kreidstein in Toronto Silicone breast implants was chosen as I was planning for getting pregnant for a second baby. There are a set of preparations to be taken before the surgery. The main thing is quitting smoking and alcohol. Then try to make your weight close to ideal one. If you are taking it after pregnancy, then try to achieve pre-pregnancy weight. My surgery went well. The recovery was a bit hard since the implants were placed under the muscle. But after two weeks I felt better.

@Paula Winters thanks so much for the advice!! I am considering this breast enlargement too.
Here is my summary of what to take note of when before and after breast enlargement:
Skin Type - Asian skin's pigmentation, elasticity and thickness is different which can affect implant choice.
Breast shape - Asian women usually have smaller breasts ya?
Hyper-pigmentation - Asian skin is prone to this!! To avoid dark areas in and around the incision, post-operative scar care is critical to avoid scarring!
