I'm already in talks about this surgery with a US doctor and I know for a fact that it exists: among others, one of the procedures I need involves a very large implant for my forehead starting at the top most part of my cranium and down to my brow bone. Big one, probably more than 1cm thick at some points.
Another one is about shaving my temples and removing part of my temporal muscle. These two procedures would make my head more narrow and projective.
Koreans seem to know everything about bone reshaping but I've never seen these two procedures mentioned in any of the clinic's websites. I'm willing to bring my surgery to Korea but I need to know that I can find a surgeon that can perform these two procedures. Do you guys think this is a possibility?

I am looking to get this surgery as well. When I asked Wonjin, they told me it could be achieved with simple forehead implant. I'm not sure about the temples though.

It is very important to understand how you would like to achieve your appearance rather than which procedures you are actually getting. Yes, it can be possible to get an implant but putting a big implant really needs to be taken care with caution. Or you may get recommended with different procedures to achieve your goal.
If you provide your photos, it will be much helpful for us to understand your concerns and explain better.
