Hello there!! I have wanted to change the shape of my face for a long long time now. Cheekbones and jaw mostly. What procedure should i do and how safe are they? i can send you my photos.

Hi @thomas goh , thanks for your question. What are you looking in changing your cheekbones and jaw? There are many surgeries that can change the appearance of the cheekbones and jaw -- there is cheekbone/jawbone surgeries, double jaw surgery and corrective jaw surgery to name a few. It would really depend on what you want your final result to be.

I know that if you want to change the shape of your jaw through bone grating it's not necessarily the safest. The most severe possible aftermath is actually death for that specific procedure. Also you can't eat solids for a month so people lose a lot of weight. I think that this is something that needs to be really researched so you can find the best doctor who is very specialized. I have no doubt that the proper doctor could do the procedure without any complications.

jaw reduction has some risk with it as do most procedures. There is also cheek bone reduction, and fat grafting is good for achieving a softer face shape :)

Choose the best clinic and its best doctor so that you won't have any regrets afterwards because changing the shape of your face is too risky.
