For those of you planning on getting work done on your chin, are you considering a chin implant or jaw-shaving?
My face is very round, and it makes me extremely self-conscious, so I want to have a more prominent chin. I really want to do the double jaw surgery, but I've heard about the increased risks of it, so I'd love to hear your opinions regarding either or both! :)
Thank you in advance~~

in terms of prices....implant is cheaper right?? how much is it in the US??I think it's about $2k in the US! Not sure about Korea or how much jaw-shaving is, haha
i actually think its around the same price in korea, but i would double check! my friend did the jaw shaving and she was very unhappy with the results but i think that actually goes for any surgery though

Oh wow :( Yeah, I was trying to weigh the pros/cons of each before making a decision. Sorry about your friend though ):

I have a cleft chin, but the round part is very large and I would like to reduce it. I'm not sure what the process is called, but I don't think it involves adjusting the bone structure, as it feels like it is just skin. Would that be liposuction I am wanting?

I would go for jaw shaving if I am the one. Yes it is risky but the results are often good. Every surgery is all about trusting the doctor

I believe v-line surgery is where they shape your entire jaw to be sharper and more V-shaped. Mini v-line surgery is where they only shape your chin, so you ultimately have a more defined profile and jawline but your jaw itself will stay the same

Thanks for the clarification! I do have a strong jawline, but I'm not sure if I like it or not..... I just know that from a frontal view, I'd love to have a pointier chin. ._.
