Are the fat transfers permanent?  I would think that it is safer to get lipo on your stomach and put it in your boobs, but will it sit naturally?  Wouldn't it feel lumpy and look a bit like cellulite unless its perfectly spread out?

What I've seen is very natural, but it's not completely permanent. Your body will absorb some of the fat back so the amount they transfer at first won't be the final result. The amount that's reabsorbed depends on your body. (This happens whenever you do fat grafting - I read a review of a girl who transferred some fat into her chin instead of an implant, and she was happy with the result but said about 30% of the fat was reabsorbed even during recovery)
