Hello,

I am an EU national coming from Europe and interested in a revision rhinoplasty.I have had two nose jobs in EU; in the last rhinoplasty the surgeon had used rib cartilage to define and shape my nose, however in Europe they doctors do not perform surgeries such as alar base for nostril reduction despite the fact that my case required one.

I'd like to point out that I have a thick and sebaceous skin and would probably fall under an ethnic rhinoplasty.

Are there clinics that are specialized in such nose surgeries in Seoul? i.e. big noses with thick skin (ethnic) Are there doctors especially experienced in ethnic rhinoplasty that would require special attention to tip/nostrils?

I'd like my nostrils reduced and my nose tip also, would that require new graft cartilage extracted or not?

I've attached some pics, thanks

I doubt that most doctors in Korea have experience with ethnic rhinoplasty since despite medical tourism, the majority of plastic surgery customers are Korean. It's possible that a clinic which caters to international patients would have more experience. That's just my guess though, it would be better to ask Seoul Touchup when you are planning your trip.

As for reducing nostrils/nose tip, they shouldn't need any new graft material unless you are trying to reshape it instead of just reducing those aspects.
