I'm 18 years old and will get my braces off in a little over a week (!!!) However, I want to have jaw surgery/facial contouring - probably subtle v-line and rhinoplasty, and maybe cheekbone augmentation.
My concern is that these surgeries might alter the alignment of my teeth and I'd have to have braces again.
Has anyone had these surgeries or know about them and could tell me if this is a possible or probable outcome?

Hi! From what I understand, v-line affects your jaw, whereas braces align your teeth, so I don't see any issues with getting jaw contouring after having braces. Just remember to wear your retainers or your teeth might move back!
