Hi all!
I know Seoul TouchUp has a Korean plastic surgery cost table here: https://www.seoultouchup.com/korean-plastic-surgery-cost/ It's very helpful. But it's more like a general cost range for all the clinics in Korea. If we can share the surgery prices we got from the clinics we contacted and gather them in one topic here, I think it would be much more helpful for us all.
What do you think?

Sounds great! I was hoping to see more information on prices from each clinics.
I want to have double eyelid surgery, and rhinoplasty. I've already contacted JW and Cinderella.
For double eyelid surgery, I was quoted 2.5M won by JW and 2.3M won by Cinderella. For rhinoplasty, I was quoted 3.5M won by JW and 4.2M won by Cinderella.

Thanks for the information! They're very helpful!
Here are the prices I got so far. Will update when I get more.
Dream plastic surgery clinic:
full incisional double eyelid surgery: about 3 million won
non-incisional: about 2 million won
I wonder if they gave different quotes when we reach them from email, phone and face-to-face consultation? I heard that sometimes they gave a low quote in email, and when you actually go there for face-to-face consultation, the price gets higher? Is that true? Anyone know that?

Updating some prices I just got:
double eyelid surgery:
Cinderella - 2.2 million won
DAprs - 2.8 million won
I wonder if we can bargain at the face-to-face consultation? I heard that we can bargain down the price by 30%-50%. I don't know if it's true. But it sounds crazy. If 50%, that's really a lot.

There is no way DA can be more expensive than Cinderella. Also, they can give you that much discount but not when you are doing only eyelid surgery.

@ll seoul I guess it depends. Sometimes they give you a higher price if you go with a translator. The translators might take some commission from the clinics.Other than that, I can't think of any reasons why they give different prices.
Not only when you go with translator, it can also because you re not a local. All these international friendly clinics just charges much more than what locally recognized clinics charges

When I went to Korea, I went to THEplastic (yes, that's the name), which is a popular among Korean locals.
The prices were approximately:
2.5m for incisional double eyelid surgery
3m for paranasal augmentation
6m for nose (bridge augmentation, tip plasty, and alar reduction).
I believe there was a discount for combining the surgeries.

Do you think locally recognized clinics are perhaps better choices than those international friendly clinics? At least they don't over-charge foreigners.
And I assume the clinics must be real good if they're popular among Korean locals. Is that correct?
If they are popular among locals, then it must be really good and cheaper than international friendly but also note that international friendly have more experienced with foreigners. Therefore, I will advise you to consider going to locally recognized if you are Asian.

I agree with what Mitchie said. Clinics popular among locals have a reputation of being good, which is why they are popular. Moreover, they have a lot of/enough local clients that they do not need to advertise to international clients. However, if you're looking for an ethnic surgery, I would go to a clinic that has more experience with certain non-Asian face types or as Mitchie suggested.

I'm wondering, if you go to a international friendly clinic, do they charge differently from Koreans and foreigners? Or they are more expensive than locally recognized clinics, but the price is same for locals and foreigners?

Is it possible to get a discount for just one surgery? And if I'm having both eyelid surgery and v-line surgery, how much discount is possible? I'm not very good at bargaining, but I don't want to pay the clinics more than I should.

I'm very pleased with the results. I already had double eyelids to begin with, but the eyelid surgery made them more even, which was a concern of mine. I got the paranasal augmentation because I already had visible nasolabial folds, so getting my nose done would have made the lines look even deeper. I like my nose now very much, but the paranasal augmentation wasn't as effective as I had hoped. Overall though, I am happy! :)

Hi guys! I'm updating some prices I got for double eyelid surgery and rhinoplasty:
JK Plastic surgery clinic
full insicional double eyelid surgery: 3 million won
rhinoplasty: about 5 million won
Girin plastic surgery clinic
double eyelid surgery: 3 million won
rhinoplasty: 3 - 4.5 million won
JW beauty clinic
rhinoplasty: 5.5 million won
ID plastic surgery clinic
rhinoplasty 5 million won and above
ID says that if I send them the deposit before I go to Korea, they can make sure that I get the best doctor for my surgery on the day I selected. Do you think it's a good idea? Are they really gonna give me the best doctor if I pay the deposit?
Also, ID provides hotel booking, transportation, pickup and dropoff and all the services. Do you think it's better to just use their service or find a translator to help with that?

@ll seoul ^^ I read that about ID as well. In a way, it's a good idea because it ensures that you do in fact get the doctor you want for that particular procedure, which is a good investment since it is your face/body we're talking about. As far as knowing if they will give you the best doctor, it's also a good idea to research the doctors themselves to see if people are pleased with the results of their procedure, if possible, as with any other clinic. Do you know if the price changes if you send a deposit in advance vs. not doing so?
Also, does anyone know the cost of lateral canthoplasty and epicanthoplasty? And possibly which clinics have had good results with the procedures?

You can bargain down quite a bit during the process, especially if you are getting more than one procedure. For instance, you might only be able to bargain down 10-20% for double eyelid surgery alone, but if you are getting double eyelid surgery, v-line surgery, and rhinoplasty you might bargain down into the 30-50% range (these are just examples the %ages and aren't necessarily true).
