Hello! Has anyone ever had a lateral epicanthoplasty or know of anyone who has? I'm really interested in the procedure because my eyes, albeit big, are very round, so the horizontal length of my eyes is very short. I just want to increase the length to make my eyes look more almondy, I guess.
I was just wondering: In general, how long does it take for recovery? If there are any differences in eyeliner application/the appearance of eyelashes? And of course, any clinic recommendations/price?

Also, what if your eyeballs aren't long enough horizontally...? I feel like this might be a stupid question, but I've always been really curious about that!

Haha yeah, I was thinking that Latisse may help if the eyelashes aren't there, but I'm not sure if that's even the case! I've used Latisse to shape my eyebrows, so I know it works on any skin that you apply the serum to :) As for other similar serums, I think Latisse is the only one that is FDA-approved in the US. :)

how long did it take to shape your eyebrows?
Hahah, I would say it took about 3 months to shape them exactly how I wanted, but yes. I did avoid waxing them as often as I had, but when I did, I was very careful. I also had very short eyebrows, so Latisse was effective in elongating them as well to frame my eyes better.
If anyone has answers to my original questions in the first/second posts, I would really appreciate them btw! (:

Apparently lateral canthoplasty/epicanthoplasty is very common in Korea because it makes your eyes look bigger, but it is also the "biggest/easiest" sign that someone has gotten their eyes done, which I think is true if you make any type of drastic change to your face.

WOOOOOOWWWW. they look so different!!! their eyes look way bigger in the after pictures, but it looks so unnatural......you can see the skin i wonder if that's prone to infection??

I'm actually curious about that too. I really want to elongate my eye shape horizontally, but maybe not as dramatic as they did?:p I wonder if that will still look unnatural... I guess I'll have to find out thru consults haha

Oh no........ not directly. I was just thinking in terms of proportions, haha. For example, if you make something smaller, then comparatively, something else can look bigger relative to it? :D
