I'm looking to get a rhinoplasty that straightens out my nose bridge, are surgeons likely to go with that? I'm a little nervous they would try and go for a cookie cutter shape...

^agreed! Also, do some research into a few of the clinics in Seoul. Some pride themselves on offering a particular shape nose (the 'cookie cutter' effect - e.g. the Line Clinic (.....age_id=115) offers a 'Barbie nose'), so I would suggest avoiding those unless your desired shape is the same as theirs. Find as many reference pictures as you can, describe exactly what you want and maybe emphasize things like unique or individual so they understand that you want YOUR nose, just straighter. Be aggressive about it if you have to, lol . . . don't let them push you into getting something you don't want, it's your face. Don't go into surgery wondering if they're going to listen to you, you should be sure
