I think fat removal and skin removal usually comes together. Like tummy tuck, they just remove the extra fat and skin at the same time. But is there any additional payment?
I highly doubt there is an additional payment. I believe it is all included in the procedure.

yeah it's all in the same procedure. after removing the fat, they have to stitch it up tight, which they can't do with a bunch of lose skin. It's the same for breast reductions, tummy tucks, and other procedures where excess fat or other tissues are removed.

Hi,I have a little extra fat under my neck, but it's not noticeable. I'm worried if I get either double jaw surgery or v-line surgery that my neck will look worse. Does this happen? Do they remove the extra skin or fat left over, or does it just shrink when you get v-line?
I have actually wondered this same thing, but my guess would be - they want you to be happy with the results, so they aren't just going to say "well, we did the jaw surgery, too bad if she looks terrible after!" I think that if they believe you will need jaw liposuction to get rid of the skin/fat they will tell you before the procedure, but if it doesn't come up, ask them about it. They should know whether or not it will be necessary, it is their job after all. (By "them" I mean the clinic you choose . . . if that wasn't clear.)
