So I had plastic surgery and somewhat a medical fix on my nose about 3 years ago. I am not happy with the "result" of the cosmetic side so I have been saving for years to do another revision. Now, do I need my medical records of this previous surgery to bring to Korea? I don't know how possible it would be to get my records released to an international clinic from Texas. However I am concerned. My Texas surgeon once remarked that my internal nose structure was very fragile or thin and he didn't make it as small as I liked because he was worried about collapse. That freaked me out, so I'd love a revision but I don't want my nose to 'collapse'.

Hi. A revision nose job surgery is not performed until a year following the first rhinoplasty. And you won’t be having any issues since your surgery was 3 years ago. The goal of this procedure is to correct the problems arisen from the previous rhinoplasty.
I don’t think your nose would collapse if you consult a good surgeon and he knows how to handle it. All the best for your surgery!!
