My face looks wide at the cheek bones and I got a lot of fat on my cheeks, making my jaw line look fat and droopy. Which procedures would possibly help in this case?
I see a lot about bone surgery on the face, but nothing about reducing the fat from the cheeks.

It's a bit of both I guess. At the cheek bone area, it's the bone that makes it look big. Then at the jawline area, it's the fat that makes it look big.

Then you might need cheekbone reduction and fat removal. But I personally think fat on the face make you look cute :)

If you want a cheap but effective one, why not try a quick cheek reduction. I think some of the clinics in Gangnam are offering those. :)

cheek reduction is very common, simple and a lot cheaper than getting work done on your cheekbones. Getting cheekbone reduction is also very risky and painful. I would say try out the cheek fat reduction because you may find that that was all that you wanted to get your desired look. If not and you decide you still want your cheeckbones smaller you can do that after. You can always talk to your plastic surgeon about this since they are vastly more knowledgable. :) I hope this helped!
