First of all, what are "Korean" eyes? People of Korean ethnicity have a wide variety of eye shapes and sizes. You mention the eyes of Choi Junhong specifically, however, so we can work with that (btw i love zelo like yeaaa ). 

Well, there are several procedure to make eyes bigger such as canthoplasty, double eyelid surgery, among others. However, I have never heard of being able to make eyes smaller or make creases lower/disappear. So it depends on what kind of eyes you have and whether you're scaling them up or down to match the length and shape of Junhong's eyes. If your eyes are smaller than his, you can easily make them match. However, if your eyes are larger/have a crease that's already too high/too deep, it will be highly unlikely that a doctor can make your eyes look like his. Plastic surgeons can't just "change eyelids."

Don't worry haha. And you should be fine, then. While not all eye types can be changed into one similar to Zelo's, yours probably can then. Besides, Korean surgeons are used to getting specific requests like "I want a nose like X"
