My question is, how often do people do revision rhinoplasty huh? I know revision rhinoplasty is like a touch up for a previous nose job. But I wanna know the figures? Is it true that alot of the times, many people have to do revision rhinoplasty? I don't mind but I just wanna know how often this is the case? People who have done it already, did you do revision rhinoplasty?

Hi!
I have a cousin who went to Korea to get eyelid surgery and nose done. The eyelid surgery was ok, but the shape of her nose wasn't what she wanted so she had it done again. She said it was hard for her to communicate with the surgeons as most of them really do not speak basic English. I do not know the name of the clinic she went to though. Overall it was a OK experience for her.
I did a bit of research online and a few reviews on realself quoted it to be like 10%,meaning one in 10 patients ends up getting a revision rhinoplasty.
But if you think about it, the number is dependent on individual cases? How skilled the surgeon is? Whether the patient is satisfied or not with the end result? Maybe there is nothing wrong with the previous job but people want more changes yknow?

I know someone who went to Thailand for a cheap nose job (it was soooo cheap.) But her nostril ended up being messed up so years later she went to Korea and got it done with a quality doctor (the one in Thailand wasn't very skilled in the field) and they were able to fix it very well. So I have a feeling that if you get a quality doctor and you don't go for the cheapest one then you won't need a 2nd surgery. Definitely do your research and find a very skilled doctor and quality clinic.

I think those stats are a little inflated because, unfortunately, many people sacrifice quality for a lower price and get bad results. Also it seems that your friend had issues communicating exactly what she wanted with the doctor. The plans they have on seoultouchup have translators so I don't think there will be any confusion. Also, I'm sure that if you take the time to choose a quality doctor who understand your vision for yourself, you will be the 9 of 10 people who are happy with the result :)
