Hi Admins
I have filled in form and have also sent you an email 2 weeks after I received a reply from my form saying I will be contacted to discuss my individual case. I have not yet received a phone call from you.
Please contact me as I would like to play for my trip in April. I know its still months away but I like to plan and everything organised.

Hello @Jennee Wong , we are sorry for the late response! We have received your form, and it is stated that your arrival date will be on 04/10/2015. Because we are experiencing a peak season right now, we usually attend to customers who will be arriving in 2014 first.
We understand that you are coming to Korea for cosmetic surgery. For customers who are arriving during the next year, we usually start reviewing your case 3 months before your planned date. Your information is saved until then! We apologize again for any misunderstandings, and hope you find your stay on this forum to be useful!

Thanks for your response...What you have advise is understandable and I will wait until I get the call next year.
In you post above you have got date 04/10/2015 - is this for October - just want to confirm on my form it should be April..So hope to get a call end of Jan or early Feb to plan this.
