Stem Cell Fat Graft | Plastic Surgery Procedures | Forum

Stem cell research is one of the hottest topics in the current medical scene, but up until now there´s still no official statement about it. 

Many surgeons have different opinions about using stem cell fat graft for different procedures, such as bridge augmentation, making the face look more fuller and younger, breast augmentation etc. 

I would like to know how long the result of a stem cell fat graft will last? There are different numbers but most say about 50-60% percent will remain permanently and after a second touch up the amount will even increase. 

In my specific case I would like to know if it´s good to use stem cell fat graft instead of a nose filler such as Restylane or Radiesse. Is it more body friendly, since it´s basically my own body fat and stem cell and will the result last longer than an ordinary filler? 

In which intervals is it possible to get a touch up....I´ve heard that after 3 months the amount that remained will remain for a life time and not everything will be absorbed.
