The ideal facial features are ones that mimic eternal youth. However it differs in the East and West and throughout time these features change.

At the moment many 'ulzzangs' (people who get popular online for being beautiful) are aiming to achieve the 'doll' look. So, large eyes, round forehead and face, slim straight nose with a defined bridge, full cheeks, small plump lips, slim pointy jaw and natural looking make-up.

Good topic. Though I do not oppose cosmetic surgey, I am of the opinion that people ahould know what kind of surgery suit their face before getting a cosmetic surgery. Every face is unique and so a cosmetic procedure that suits face need not suite another. Consider the case of the ever popular rhinoplasty surgery. There are different kinds of rhinoplasty surgery and we must understand which one will suit our face before getting the surgery. You can read this article for more information .....-i-choose/
