Under-the-Muscle Breasts - recovery?? | Plastic Surgery Procedures | Forum

 I have heard that under-the-muscle breast implants are, pardon my language, but a real b**** to recover from. I want to get them done because they look and feel more natural than over-the-muscle, but I am worried because I will be in a foreign country so if recovery proves really hard, I won't have anyone to help me. I have heard from one person who got under-the-muscle implants and she said she couldn't even get out of bed for a few days because the pain was so bad. Does anyone else have experience and/or general expertise on recovery times and how bad it was/is?

And on the topic of pain management - what is the protocol for plastic surgery? After most medical surgeries they will give you painkillers but is it the same for plastic surgery or do you have to suck it up??
