Im a current 17 year old junior HS in USA. I have overbite, openbite, recessed jaw. I want to get corrective jaw surgery to bring jaw forward. Do I get braces in the USA to fix teeth before I go to Korea? How does this process work? When is the soonest I can get surgery? Thanks.

I think it's better to consult your dentist first before having a surgery. :)

You should definitely consider braces before you get surgery in Korea. Braces will be cheaper and less painful. Braces will also fix your jaw. I would definitely recommend going to see your orthodontist before you decide to come to Korea because it is very likely they will be able to fix you up in the States :)
