Heeelllo! Advice & Support very welcome | Say Hello & Introduce Yourself | Forum

I'm a new but not new member. I've signed up about 2 months ago but this is the time first time I've started going through the forums although I have been looking over all the popular pages which has been very informational and a great help in answering a lot of my questions.

The main problem I'm facing is finances to the type of surgery I'm looking to get and just some 'relatable' support. By relatable I mean those who are looking to get plastic surgery as well. My friends are alright with my decision, one specifically hesitant which I understand since I would be concerned if one of my friends were thinking of international surgical procedures as well. But they've never really thought about getting it themselves and are just a bit less understanding about the situation though still supportive.

Everyone has different reasons for getting plastic surgery but for the most part with the same or same recurring motive. It would be great to hear some encouraging words from those people. Some advice would just be a great bonus.
