I forgot to add a couple things:

1) the cost of surgeries will often be reduced if you get more than one done at the same time (i.e. you might be able to get your breast reduction and liposuction done at the same time) but Seoul Touchup recommends NOT getting facial surgery and body surgery at the same time, because too many surgeries in a day can be bad for you and sometimes creates undesirable results. Also, whether or not you can combine surgeries may depend on how complicated each surgery is, as the total time needed under anesthesia could be longer (it becomes unhealthy if you are under anesthesia for too long at once). I'm not a doctor nor expert so I can't tell you if that would be the case for your surgeries, just something to consider.

2) recovering from facial surgery and body surgery at the same time is more difficult than doing one or the other, and in addition as I said above it's possible you could have to schedule your surgeries on different days. You may want to factor that in when considering how long you will need to stay, which will affect the overall cost of the trip.
