Hello I'm new to this forum and wanted to find out more about the plastic surgery options in Seoul. I'm looking to get a couple of surgeries done maybe in the next 5 years. I'm saving up as much money as I can but don't know how much I should budget for the surgeries I want. I'm looking for plastic surgeons who have experience in working with patients of African American descent.
The surgeries I want are as follows:
Breast reduction to large A-Cup/B-Cup with small A-Cup implants along with breast lift and areola reduction.
Liposuction on thighs, stomach, arms, sides of torso, upper/lower back.
Rhinoplasty slight narrowing of nose bridge, refinement of nose tip/nostrils.
Laser hair removal on the face and neck.

If you go to the "Surgery Overview" tab, they have a list of common surgeries and their cost. I think all your surgeries are on the list - given the number of places you want liposuction I think it would be considered "body contouring," and they also have information on rhinoplasty, laser hair removal, and breast reductions. It's probably safer to budget high rather than low, so assume that you will be paying the upper end of the scale (i.e. for a nose job I believe the price range is $5,000-10,000, so assume you will be paying $10,000). That way you will have enough money budgeted if it does end up costing more, and if not, you will have money left over.
You can also talk to Seoul Touchup for a more personal cost estimate if you go through their "Get Started" form, however they probably won't get back to you until about 3 months before you want to go, so you should probably try to save most of the money beforehand or you might not have enough time. And of course, you won't know the exact cost until you choose a clinic and negotiate costs with them.

I forgot to add a couple things:
1) the cost of surgeries will often be reduced if you get more than one done at the same time (i.e. you might be able to get your breast reduction and liposuction done at the same time) but Seoul Touchup recommends NOT getting facial surgery and body surgery at the same time, because too many surgeries in a day can be bad for you and sometimes creates undesirable results. Also, whether or not you can combine surgeries may depend on how complicated each surgery is, as the total time needed under anesthesia could be longer (it becomes unhealthy if you are under anesthesia for too long at once). I'm not a doctor nor expert so I can't tell you if that would be the case for your surgeries, just something to consider.
2) recovering from facial surgery and body surgery at the same time is more difficult than doing one or the other, and in addition as I said above it's possible you could have to schedule your surgeries on different days. You may want to factor that in when considering how long you will need to stay, which will affect the overall cost of the trip.
