I'm 18, and I'm interested in traveling to Korea for surgery next year (I will still be 18). My parents know that I'm interested in getting surgery, but they are not willing to travel all the way to Korea with me.
My question is, since I won't have a gaurdian with me, will I still be able to have surgery? Or is 18 still not a legal age in Korea?

Ill turn 18 soon (In september) an im planning to go South Korea next year to get a rhino and a fat graft. I think it is legal for a 18 y.o student to get surgery there because our age in korea is 20 ? (I think)
Id like to get some answers about that too ~

Hi, I'm from Taiwan^^, but I live in the US right now.
Hm, I'm pretty sure the age difference is only one year though...so we'd be 19 in Korea right now. :0
I did some research on other sites, most are saying you have to be 20+ to have surgery without consent (or 19? I forget :3). Sigh, I will either have to wait or just get surgery here in the US :(

In Korea the age of adulthood is 19, so it is very likely that you must be at least 19 to get surgery without guardian consent.

I think 18 is too young for plastic surgery? I think my parents will not approve of me having a liposuction and rhinoplasty but I will still go to Korea to pursue it but I have to wait until 23 or 24 so that I can save money :)
