Hi,

Is it possible to customise the packages? For instance I might want the compact plan, but I only want to stay in a 4 star hotel, also might not need the Seoul City Tour and shopping guide since I've been to Seoul before.

Another question is, how do you go about recommending a suitable clinic? Do you receive any commissions from the clinics?

@HT Most customers are okay with our TouchUp Lite Plan :) The thing is - you are not going to be in Korea alone. Our coordinators will help you find places such as grocery stores and shopping areas. Also, we deliver breakfast to your room for the first few days, so you won't have to worry about going outside with your face wrapped up in bandages.

@Green Lee Many customers do that :) and we help them stock up food before surgery.

There is also a Custom Plan option, but I think it sounds like the Lite plan will work just fine. Seoul TouchUp will pick your clinic for you if you want them to, based on what you want done. However you have ultimate veto over any clinic they pick out if you don't like it and you can also choose your own clinic if you want. As for whether STU is paid by the clinics - I don't believe so. The clinics work with them because they bring business, and Seoul TouchUp wants to get the best experience for their customers so that they won't be dissatisfied and leave bad reviews ;) At least that is what I understand of it.
