To clarify my question I was wondering if for example I got the Lite Plan with 2 people including me. My friend is just coming to support me and to tour around Korea but does not want to get plastic surgery. Will she count as a second person or do I still have to pay just as one person even though she will be coming along?

I think there should be a different plan  but tag sseoultouchup to be sure

I would think that it's a separate plan as well, as the bundle does include translator and rides to/from airport/clinics, etc. However, I would inquire directly with Seoul TouchUp or suggest coordinating with someone else on the forum to travel at the same time to save money on plan costs. :)
