Hello Seoul Touch Up admins,
I was just wondering what the process is to redeem points from involvement on the forum. I am pretty definite about the time frame that I plan on going to Korea being Dec 2014-Jan 2015! Please reply. Thank you! :)

I am in the midst of planning my trip right now (for December), and I would like to know how to use points please! I thought of calling (which I will do soon), but I thought that this might be helpful to anyone who is also curious regarding this matter. :)

i thought you would just specify when you're filling out the get started page?

On their contact us page, it says:
"This contact form only takes inquires from agencies, the press, and other clinics. If you want to talk to our coordinators, please post your questions on our Plastic Surgery Forum. We apologize for this extra step but our team will reply to your post even faster at the forum."
ironically, there's no response at all from admins and no email to ask them question directly.........LOL. I'm curious too though if you find out. :PPP

I just emailed them at info@seoultouchup.com. It was on one of the photos on the website, so I thought I'd give it a try. Hopefully, we get a response tho.

@Seoul TouchUp So if someone accumulates enough points to get multiple benefits? For example, the TouchUp Lite Plan is 2,000 and airline tickets are 5,000, so what if someone had 7,000 points when they go? Do they get all possible benefits? Also, when I go to Korea I will probably require a longer plan than the TouchUp Lite, but since I'm not going for a while I will probably have accumulated enough points by then to pay for the Lite plan. Can I use my forum points and then pay the difference (i.e., subtract the price of the Lite plan from another plan and then I pay the extra)?
