Hello! I was just wondering how we can go about using the forum points we have accrued. For example, if someone had 8000 points, could they use all of them to get free airfares AND the Lite Package? Or can you only use the points to 'purchase' one thing (airfares OR the Package)?
Also, in the case of the Lite Package: would it be possible to get the 14-day Lite Package, but use the forum points for the 7-day package and just pay the difference (~$600)?
Finally, how do we actually USE the points? Do we just inform Seoul TouchUp that we have a certain number of points, and Seoul TouchUp makes the necessary arrangements (e.g. books and pays for the flights)?

We are very sorry for the late reply! and thanks a lot for your active involvement in our forum. 
Using points is simpler than you think because our staffs will manually review your points after you submit the get-started form.
How to use points for your plastic surgery trip.
- We are sure you have checked https://www.seoultouchup.com/faq/#faq14 -
- In the section, "how can we help you" of the get-started form ( https://www.seoultouchup.com/get-started ), please inform us in the beginning that "your forum Id is ___" and "you hope to redeem your points".
- Our medical coordinator will contact you to arrange your trip.
Regarding your 1st question, currently, our plans are mutually exclusive, so you can only choose one of the plans regardless of how many points you have. However, we occasionally send special gifts (
) to our special forum members who came to Korea through forum points.
As for your 2nd question, yes! you can just pay the difference after using forum points for the 7-day package. We suggest that you make a final decision after talking with our medical coordinator though.

Tickets with 5,000 points, 2.) 7 day touch lite plan with 3000 points and 3.) professional facial care with 1,000 points. That it is not possible . Even if I have 10,000 points, I can only use it for ONLY one thing maybe the tickets, or the plan or the facial care. JUST ONE THING.

Based off of the response above, points can only be redeemed for one of the rewards for a particular trip despite having a surplus of forum points.

You are right that only 1 thing can be redeemed at this point . :) However, It is important to note that your forum points are here to serve your primary goal : to have a life-changing trip in Korea. We will keep on track of your online activity and will try our best to make you happy in Korea with whatever points that you have. :)
Also, we may change our forum rewards program next year - so even if you plan to come next year or the year after next year, stay put and enjoy the forum, you will be okay. :)

It's disappointing about the forum points thing tbh , especially because I'm pretty active. I hope @Seoul TouchUp revises the policy sometime before I come to Korea! But still it's great that they even provide that as an option in the first place
