Dozens of our previous customers had visited Korea a couple of times or had Korean friends in Korea before coming to Korea for plastic surgery. But they still decided to go forward with Seoul TouchUp. Well, it is because as you may know, plastic surgery trip isn't really a "trip". It involves surgeries (risks) and requires professional help. Although it is not entirely impossible to DIY your trip, we believe to our heart that it is really not a good idea to DIY your plastic surgery trip exactly because of the points that you raised in your post. (safety, convenience, costs including time)

Let's put it this way, we have been a "regular" customer to most of the clinics that you know in Korea. What happens if you visit a place a lot? (let's say "a restaurant) 1.You know what will happen next (they can't cheat) 2.You know people working there. (they treat you like a friend) 3.They might give you something for free (they give you more, not less).

Having said this, we are also a company designed to create profits through our various packages at .....lite-plan/. Our package prices are usually fixed regardless of peak and off peak seasons and it is definitely cheaper than doing it yourself. 

Regarding the surgery prices, usually you pay the same or less because often times, we also help you negotiate prices if you do many surgeries. Also, we are a fully equipped medical tourism agency so our post operative care is included in the packages. Again, let's go back our point that we are a regular (long-term) customer. Seoul TouchUp knows what will happen next (clinics can't cheat you), Seoul TouchUp knows the clinic crew (clinics treat you better, even in the operation room), Seoul TouchUp can help you get something before surgery and also AFTER surgery. Of course, these don't apply every single time but our management team works hard to make your life easier behind the scenes. :)
