So i will most likely go korea using gpthe lite plan, however which hotel will i be staying at?
Also, since i am still under 18, my mum would like to come with me, will there be extra charge for hee to come along?
i understand that you will need to send an e-ticket to seoul touchup , but how will i do that if im nit purchasing my flight ticket online?

There is no extra charge for a second person because that person does not need a plan, however you may want to clarify with Seoul TouchUp that you are bringing a second person and see about hotel rooms. If you want separate rooms you will need to pay for your mom's room outside of your payment for her package.
