 Does "Korean Men Plastic Surgery" sound like an odd combination to you? Usually, when we talk about cosmetic or plastic surgery, we only tend to consider women. However, more Korean men are getting attracted to cosmetic surgical procedures to enhance their looks and remain competitive in today's economy. Korean men plastic surgery has been quite popular in recent times. These days, women are not the only ones looking to remain youthful and beautiful. Even men want to portray active and vigorous lifestyles, which can be achieved with plastic surgery.

In case you still think Korean plastic surgery is only for women, you might want to reconsider. According to plastic surgery statistics, the number of men going for plastic surgery in Korea has almost doubled in the last couple of years. This indicates an aggressive approach to enhance visual appeal in others' eyes. Also, around 22,600 men were surveyed in Seoul. Out of these, 30% were in 20s and 30s, while 16% were over 50 years old, who responded positively to questions about plastic surgery. These people believed that there is nothing wrong with men undergoing plastic surgery for aesthetic purposes.In just five years, there has been an increase of about 10% more men approving plastic surgery. It's quite astonishing, but some men in Korea have even undergone the knife twice or thrice. Surgeries like nose implants, hair transplants and double eyelid have been quite popular in recent times. Men don't feel embarrassed by plastic surgeries anymore.

Many Korean men feel more confident and comfortable after plastic surgery. They believe that plastic surgery not only helps them in personal areas, but also professional aspects of their lives. Some men are also able to relieve stress once they undergo plastic surgery. This is the reason why Korean men recommend plastic surgery to others too. Even many politicians in Korea are receiving double eyelid and botox treatments. Due to actors becoming more attractive, many Korean men have been influenced to try surgical procedures. In modern times, most people think that appearance is crucial for competitiveness. Appearance is believed to enhance confidence and therefore, it needs to be positive to improve various aspects of life.

It's a well known fact that Korea has become a haven for removing people's physical inferiority complex.Due to three key ingredients in Korean society, plastic surgery has become so popular in the last few years. First of all, most Korean men have oriental features; mono-lidded eyes and want different as many of us believe in the saying that "the grass is greener on the other side". That aside, what is Korean double eyelid surgery?  It is simply a procedure that gives one the appearance of an eyelid crease so commonly  found in Westerners. Secondly, they have enough money to fix certain issues with their appearance. Last but not the least, Korea has been famous for many different types of surgical procedures. Due to the combination of these three factors, plastic surgery has been quite popular in Korea. Interestingly, late President Roh even opted for an aesthetic eye operation in the first year of his tenure. This proves how much Korean men have been influenced by plastic surgery.
